Things are going pretty well here this season. This was one of the more recent clutches to hatch out. Orange Dream Pinstripe (top left), Orange Dream Spinner (top right), and an Orange Dream Spider front and center. The Orange Dream has been my favorite morph since it’s inception and the possibilities are endless! What an amazing gene this turned out to be… And I haven’t even produced any supers yet!

Time is moving so quickly and I’m having a hard time believing it is already 2013! 2012 ended up being a great season with 33 clutches. Most of my ‘12 hatchlings have sold although there are a few still left under my available page. If you don’t see animals individually pictured make sure to check out the green link at the top of my page entitled “Full Availability List.” This link automatically updates with current animals that are for sale. I also picked up some great animals to add to my collection recently including a banana male, leopard mojave male, pastel leopard male, enchi butter pastel male and more. Unfortunately due to acquiring so many last minute 2012 males my breeding for 2013 seems to be a little light so far. I’m hoping to get lucky with a few neat projects but I guess that means 2014 should be a huge year!

I’ve been fortunate enough to finally get my first carpet clutch and this is one of my favorite babies. I’m starting to gather new ball python males and project additions for next season so if anyone has some sweet ball pythons they’d like to trade I would be open to trades on some of these neat carpet morphs.
Everything seems to be winding down this season and I’m already gearing up for 2013! There’s a lot of new projects I’ll be getting into this year that I’m pretty pumped about. Make sure to stay tuned to my Facebook and Twitter pages for some more sweet ball pythons. Maybe even some videos to come in the near future? I’ll also be at NARBC Tinley either vending or hanging out depending on table availability. I hope to run into some of you and spend a weekend looking at jaw dropping reptiles. Things are going well this season. 30+ clutches are in the incubator and I’m finally finding some time to start posting animals as available. I hope you all enjoy this picture of this big mojave girl. She’s the very first snake that I hatched out and has been a great breeder for me since!

A neat recent by-product. This is a spinner from a spinner blast x normal pairing. I hit on every possible combo except the spinner blast out of 9 eggs, but it’s still always fun getting 6 different morphs in one clutch.
Things are in full swing here at Pythons Direct. This is the best time of year as far as I’m concerned. Baby snakes hatching out never gets old! Just had my first ever carpet clutch which was really neat. I actually bought the first Zebra Jungle available in the US in 2009 and as you can tell it took him quite some time to grow up and get down to business… I’m very pleased that the first clutch was with a Jag female so I’m hoping for the combo there. As well I’m finally getting a few more Orange Dream clutches which is one of my favorite projects at the moment. I hope all of you are having great seasons and I wish you all the best.

Here’s the first clutch of 2012 and we landed a little Orange Dream Pinstripe male! The Orange Dream is a relatively newer codom with a stellar super form. These are making some killer combinations and are one of the hottest mutations out there.
2012 season is underway. 8 clutches in the incubator so far and just caught this Het Pied female ovulating. Never can have enough pieds!
